Alright ghouls and goblins, it’s time to creep out from the crypt because Defiance Comedy is throwing a party and you’re invited! This year’s karaoke fundraiser in support of Defiance Comedy is bound to be a graveyard SMASH. Be prepared for a frighteningly-good time – Oct. 30 – 7:00PM
This year, the halloween-themed event will include:
- A costume contest
- Food
- A raffle
- Interactive games
- And of course, live band Karaoke!
Take an Improv Class with Defiance Improv
Get a 6 week introduction to the joys of improv with our Intro to Improv class. You’ll learn how to create top notch scenes with characters, relationships, environments and more! No improv experience required!
Classes will be at the Basile Theatre at the IF in downtown Indianapolis.
Think you got some BIG CHARACTER ENERGY? Well, this class if for you. Work on your solo-characters and learn how to enhance your improv and acting chops with one of Indy’s best character improvisers: Kelsey VanVoorst. This class is capped off by a character showcase where performers get to show off their new characters with a 3-5 minute solo performance.
This is an advanced character class, so improv experience is required.
