Defiance Comedy takes IndyFringe by storm!
2026 General Auditions — April 12th!
Defiance Comedy is holding auditions for our 2026 season on Saturday, April 12 at the Blackbox Theatre at The IF.
We are casting for two original musical comedies:
- Scout’s Honor — IndyFringe | August 13–23
- The Misfits — Holiday Show | December 4–20
Audition Time Slots
Auditions will be held in small groups of approximately 5 performers per slot. Available time slots:
- 6:00–6:30 PM
- 6:45–7:15 PM
- 7:30–8:00 PM
- 8:15–8:45 PM
BTC Improv Is Now Defiance Improv
A few years ago, we started BTC Improv to teach a few classes and maybe do a show or two. It grew. So now we’re claiming it.
BTC Improv is now Defiance Improv—still us, still weird, still wildly committed to making you funnier. Just with a name that matches the rest of the brand.
